Lundavra State School is a small school situated in the south west of Queensland’s Darling Downs. The school has provided education to this district since 1964 and it has a proud history of proactive partnerships with the P&C and school community.
Lundavra State School offers excellence in education by cultivating a curriculum program that engages learners and utilises the school’s extensive resources within a supportive and safe environment. We take a holistic approach to education and focus on improving academic, sporting, cultural and personal outcomes for all students.
Students’ abilities, aspirations and needs are constantly addressed in planning across all areas of the curriculum. School practices are regularly reviewed to ensure equity for all students. At Lundavra we value:
We recognise that we are all life long learners with a responsibility to strive to achieve, contribute and grow with change.
We respect ourselves and others and take responsibility for all of our actions.
We all contribute to ensuring a safe, tolerant and disciplined environment where everyone can succeed in their goals and aspirations.
We value each other and understand the benefits of working together towards one common goal.
